Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Your order is processed and packed for shipping as quickly as possible by our dedicated staff. Depending on the items in your order or the volume of orders this could take one to two days.

Regular Shipping: can take between 3 - 10days - from order placement to final delivery. Your order will be dispatched from Target Dynamics NZ provided we have the items to fulfil your order in stock. If we do not, we will contact you, the buyer, and inform you of the general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with that, Target Dynamics NZ will provide a refund of the money paid for that order.

Target Dynamics NZ will not be liable for any failure to observe specified delivery times but will try and contact you by phone or email if any late deliveries are anticipated. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SITE VISITORS

Online purchases via the website www.targetdynamics.co.nz are only for items being shipped to a New Zealand address. International purchases require export permits and other relevant documentation and procedures to be fulfilled by the buyer. Once your order has left TDNZ ,we will not be responsible for your order, and you accept all liability.  Please contact us if you are wanting to purchase an item from us that you intend to have shipped overseas and we will let you know if this is possible or not.

PERMITS

According to the NZ Arms Act, Firearm parts: Magazines, Suppressors, Chassis, Ammunition, Muzzle Brakes and Barrels, all need Police Permits. You will be notified after purchase if you require this.

To purchase Firearm Parts online through Target Dynamics NZ:

  1. You must hold a current NZ Firearms License.
  2. Items sent to you, will receive a Police Internet Sales/ Mail Order form via email.
  3. Fill out your personal details and email or personally hand in to your local Arms Officer.
  4. Once TDNZ receives a signed approved copy of your form from the Police, we can send your firearm parts to you.
RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day you received your package, less MDT products which is 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (please see SALE ITEMS below). To complete your return, please contact us to obtain an RMA Number and reference your original order number. Once you receive your RMA number, you may return the product to us to the address provided. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can take up to 5 days for this to appear on your account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, factory seconds or clearance items cannot be refunded.
