TDI GUARANTEE

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you receive any of our products and are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us (in original condition and packaging) within 7 days for a 100% refund of the product. For MDT products this is extended to 30 days, after 30 days MDTtac.com provide lifetime support of the product. TDI Ltd will support all warranty claims while acting as the NZ Distributor.

Pre-order Terms

Items that are pre-ordered to be delivered to New Zealand are done so in a timely manner, we WILL NOT GUARANTEE a specific time frame for delivery.  Delays with NZ Customs, NZ Post, DHL or other such shippers can take weeks or at times, months. We will do our best to advise you of a best assessed time frame for import but take no responsibility for delays outside of our control. Getting export permits issued and a permit to export from the USA, Germany, Canada or Switzerland can take up to 3 months. If a refund is requested on a deposit for a pre-order item a 20% restocking fee will apply or the amount can be booked for another purchase. Also a 4% Credit Card transaction fee if the initial deposit was done with a CC will also apply.

MDT Pre-orders. Your order takes priority for import and distribution over all our other stock imports. Contact us if you wish to place a pre-order or have any questions.

Payment Terms

We encourage you to use Direct Bank Transfer because it keeps our prices down since we don’t have to pay the bank 4-5%. We are able to easily refund you without charging you a bank fee and avoid the fraud associated with credit cards.  Any refunds will be bank to bank transfer.

If you choose to use another payment method such as credit card payment, as may be offered on the website, we reserve the right to charge a transaction fee to cover our costs. This fee is 2.5% and is not refundable in the event that you cancel your order.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if there has been an erroneous listing due to computer errors on our end.

Back Orders

We are sometimes out of stock on items or our inventory levels get off. Check the item availability prior to completing your order. Most items can be backordered, we will ensure your items are priority for shipment from our suppliers. If you wish to pre-order an item give us a call.

All prices on this web site are in New Zealand Dollars.

Exchange Policy

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and that includes sizing and colour guides. Please choose carefully as we will exchange items that are incorrect size, form or function, but will not refund items unless we have made a genuine mistake in our description (and yes, we are human) or delivered you the incorrect product.

If you think you have a genuine reason for exchange then please contact us first before sending your order back to us. Please note products returned to us for an exchange must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.

Minor Fault

If a product sold by TDI does not meet one of the guarantees detailed above or cannot be repaired within a reasonable period of time, we will replace the product with an identical product type. In the event a repair or replacement is not a viable option, or the repair cannot be carried out within a reasonable period of time, TDI will refund you the original purchase price.

Major Fault

In the event a product cannot be repaired, due to the nature of the fault (safety risk) or the failure is of substantial character (i.e. multiple product failures), you may choose either a replacement of an identical product type or a refund of the original product purchase price.

Errors and Omissions

While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services are accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserved the right to refuse or cancel the order. Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted. Target Dynamics NZ are not responsible for any inaccuracies and typographical errors contained with this website. The information, prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Colour

While Target Dynamics NZ has endeavoured to accurately display the colour of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. There may be slight variations in physical colour too and Target Dynamics takes no responsibility over these differences. If you are unhappy, you may receive a refund providing you return your purchase in an unused condition, in original packaging, for refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us, will be at your expense.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act
